Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as personal care travel accessories, clearance items, or goods damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details.
