We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
Certain products such as personal care travel accessories, clearance items, or goods damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through a replacement product or store credit, as all payments are made via cash on delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details.
